Information

The MHW IQF is ideal for high-speed, fixed-weight batching of IQF, cooked or fried  frozen meat products for retail and export. Accurate batching ensures processors can maximize yield while taking advantage of growing retail and fast-food market demand for products including bacon and ham strips or cubes, meat balls, cocktail sausages, nuggets, and more.

The Multihead Weigher IQF automatic infeed system transports free-flowing products via AFS vibrating line to the storage hoppers. The Multihead Weigher then calculates the best possible combination of the weights in the hoppers to meet predetermined target weights, and empties hoppers for packing. Weighing hoppers keep product until target weights are met.

The MHW IQF can be configured for a wide range of product sizes and applications while still delivering incredible accuracy.

The MHW is robust enough to handle the toughest food processing environments. Waterproof to IP66 standard, closed construction and integrated electrical cabinets, ensure superior hygiene, and machine longevity.
