Leaf washer

The leaf washer’s three- zone system gently and efficiently removes sand, stones, and other foreign elements from all leaf types to ensure the highest quality product reaches IQF and other downstream processes.

The washer is divided into three main zones: a reception zone with rear showers to move the product forward, a washing zone with directed showers from above to create turbulence, and a removal area with a thermoplastic bladed lifting conveyor and rinsing showers. Depending on the product, air can be pushed from underneath to create a jacuzzi effect and improve washing performance.

The leaf washer can be adapted to conveyor washers with different characteristics.
