Destoner washer

The destoner washer combines a cyclonic stone remover, a feeding vibrator, a draining vibrator, and a pumping circuit with recirculation and filtering to effective removal of heavy foreign elements while helping maintain efficient water use. The output vibrator is fitted with rinsing showers, while feed and removal vibrators include draining and water collection grids.

The destoner washer can be adapted to multiple conveyor washers with different characteristics. The destoner washer ensures the highest quality product reaches IQF and other downstream processes.
