Dynamic washer

The dynamic washer’s strategically placed showers create a spiral stream of water that vigorously washes produce such as leaves and berries while it is transported along the line. 

As produce reaches the filter drum, excess leaves and small insects are removed while viable produce continues to the draining vibrator. The gentle handling of the dynamic washer makes it ideal for leaf produce such as fresh salads and soft berries to ensure the highest quality product reaches IQF and other downstream processes. 

The dynamic washer can be adapted to multiple washing conveyors. Different models are available to suit specific production needs. The system includes a recirculation and filtering system that thoroughly washes produce using the least amount of water possible.
