Semi-automatic mixer

Ideal for small product batches, the semi-automatic mixer is fed by a weighing-accumulation belt programmed to indicate the amount of each ingredient required. Operators manually add the product before the belt transfers it to the mixer scoop.

The scoop lifts and discharges the product into the mixing chamber. The mixer then rotates eccentrically to create a homogeneous blend before unloading the mixed product into containers.

The semi-automatic mixer is custom-designed to match the line layout and includes protective guarding around all equipment.
