Mixing line

The JBT Marel mixing lines are fully configurable systems designed for frozen food handling and mixing applications. Each mixing line is custom designed and can combine several process steps into one automated line. Control is managed via easy-to-use touchscreens and recipe management to reduce reentry and human error.

A standard line may include a hydraulic tipper, accumulation hoppers, block crusher, continuous weighing system, cross conveyor, Redler elevator, mixing screw, automatic container-filling hopper, and full line control. Each product type receives its own accumulation hopper, feeding all ingredients into the cross belt before final mixing in the screw unit.

Lines include maintenance and cleaning walkways.

Optional roller paths can be added for transporting mixed and weighed containers.
