Horizontal Bone Puller's main function is to provide a controlled force, so that operators only assist in separating meat from bones, considerably reducing operator fatigue in manual deboning.

Designed to reach a maximum capacity of up to 140 bovines/hour, the Horizontal Bone Puller also has several possible adjustments for its speed and torque, avoiding meat fiber breaks, and adapting according to the part to be deboned.
