Founded in 1948, TREIF initially began its journey with grindstones. Since then, a commitment to quality and continuous evolution has propelled us into a leading position in slicing, dicing, portion cutting, and bread cutting technologies. We have consistently set industry standards with groundbreaking solutions, such as pioneering oil-free bread cutting. We are also in the unique position of manufacturing and maintaining blades for our machines in-house.

Since 1976, TREIF has proudly called the town of Oberlahr, Germany, its home, contributing to the local community and establishing a stronghold in the industry. Over the years, we have successfully extended our footprint across Europe, Asia, and the United States, solidifying our position as a key player in the international market.

We place significant emphasis on our extensive global network of distributors, a system that has evolved and strengthened over several decades. Our authorized distributors are entrusted with the responsibility to actively promote, distribute, and sell JBT Marel’s innovative cutting machines while providing essential service operations.
