Spiral ovens cook, steam or roast products, from whole-muscle cuts, formed meats, breaded items to plant-based foods, on a continuous conveyor belt arranged in a spiral. They allow independent control of cooking parameters such as temperature, humidity, belt speed and airflow. Zones can be controlled for recipe control, yield optimization and throughput. Multiple zones can be individually controlled for maximum throughput and optimal result. Together with automated belt washing and CIP cleaning they support long production runs with minimal downtime and straightforward hygiene compliance.
