Vacuum Pinbone Remover MS 2616

The Vacuum Pinbone Remover MS 2616 is one of the most flexible pinbone removers on the market today. Available as a two-lane or four-lane machine, options include an extra set of heads designed for removing the most difficult bones in the neck part of the fish.

The vacuum system removes bones and water very efficiently from the surface of the fillets, ensuring a high level of hygiene.

Adjustment of the pinbone heads and speed is performed electrically by servo motors. The pinboner comes with a variety of different programmes for different fillets sizes and quality, which are easily selected on the touch screen.
