The TREIF DISKUS SBS is straightforward and easy to operate. Customers place loaves up to 350 millimeters in length in the cutting chamber, close the lid and choose between three slice thicknesses. An automatic gripper and holder guide the loaves and when cutting is finished, the bread holder automatically shifts to enable easy packaging of the sliced loaf.

The customer never meets the cutting blade. A cover automatically encases the blade when the lid is open. When in operation, a lid-lock engages to ensure that users are at no point at risk of injury.
