Information

  • The modular design uses the frame and updated servo pusher assembly from the TN2004. This means more shared parts for better availability from TIPPER TIE as well as shared parts for facilities utilizing both machines.
  • The updated HMI has a larger screen to ease operator fatigue and new pictograph design common across all new TIPPER TIE equipment for ease of use even across languages.
  • The redesigned Breech is 30% larger; now 18” long for increased product size flexibility and is simplified for faster set up, toolless removal for sanitation, and no adjustment necessary on daily set up or when changing between sizes
  • 25% longer horns extend run time and reduces waste of netting or casing. Use the new REB3 high speed rucking system from TIPPER TIE with the TN4004 to boost the entire performance of the system.
  • The ingenious Multi-horn Exchanger lessens down time for horn changes, and reduces wait time get more production with up to 4 horn’s on the machine at a time. With storage for the chutes on the machine itself, the operator gets to it when they have time – adding throughput and productivity.
