Swine Pneumatic Jaw Separator

Swine Jaw Separator performs jaw separation using a mechanism that automatically removes the jaw in a simple and safe way. 

The equipment removes the jaw using a hook that, when activated, is moved vertically, pulling it out. The separator requires both hands of the operator to be in contact with the buttons to perform its activation, significantly reducing the risk of crushing accidents. It has removable side protections to protect the operator and facilitate the cleaning of the equipment. It also has a chute for transporting the jaws already removed.
