Control system for higher throughput and increased stability
Using Proseal’s trademarked IntelliTool technology, the XT2 automatically detects the installed tooling and applies optimized motion profiles to increase throughput while maintaining stability. IntelliTool also safeguards against operator errors when selecting the necessary tooling components, providing protection from suboptimal setups and potential damage to the toolset.
All of this occurs seamlessly in the background without requiring any input from the operator, reinforcing our philosophy of operational simplicity.
Intuitive operation and increased uptime
Further enabling intuitive operation, a modern 15-inch touchscreen interface uses swipe-and-gesture controls, so it feels familiar and easy to navigate. You can move through screens faster, and new operators can get up to speed sooner, helping to reduce training time while keeping operation simple.
The latest iteration of ProMotion+, our industry-leading tray positioning technology, further enhances uptime. It does this by automatically correcting errors and maintaining stable performance even with sub-optimal feed conditions.
Enhanced diagnostics and integrated training guides
The XT2 makes troubleshooting faster and easier with built-in video diagnostics. WAPN, our proprietary video-based diagnostic tool, features a continuously recording camera positioned at key elements of the equipment. This camera captures footage triggered by events such as errors and operator actions. Users can view this footage on the HMI or through the cloud to diagnose faults and optimize the configuration of the machine as well as the broader production line.
Integrated digital technical documentation and video-based training guides further simplify operations for engineers and operators, with clear, step-by-step instructions. This helps reduce errors, improve consistency across teams, and cut downtime by enabling quick troubleshooting without relying on manuals or external training.
