Polish Dryer

The Polish Dryer are equipment developed to perform the drying process of the swine carcass after it leaves the scalding, facilitating and improving the efficiency of the burning. With the carcass dry after polishing, the burner decreases the duration of its operation period, considerably reducing its gas consumption. 

They are robust and high durability equipment, developed for capacities of up to 600 swine/hour. Depending on the desired capacity, three or four escort rollers can be used to perform the polishing. The Polish Dryers have been developed to reduce the risks of contamination, avoiding spills and the accumulation of waste by means of chutes and bulkheads.
