Negative air cleaner for leafy vegetables

The negative air cleaner is suitable for any leafy vegetables effectively and gently dry cleans leafy produce, separating leaves from both heavy and light foreign materials, including insects. Installed immediately after the positive air separator, the negative air cleaner provides additional cleaning to optimize IQF and other end product value.

Three fans with adjustable power suck produce onto a mesh strip. By lifting the leaves, gravity can do its work, with heavy particles such as insects and sand falling through the holes in the belt, and lighter particles passing through the mesh strip and removed.

The self-cleaning system eliminates insects after the chamber.
