Information
Installed after the freezing tunnel the negative air cleaner for grain vegetables combines a two-level vibrator with fan-assisted suction to separate viable produce from unwanted light materials such as husks, as well as blocks of frozen product that may form in the tunnel.
Produce enters the negative air cleaner directly from the freezing tunnel. A two-level vibrator sifts free-flowing vegetable pieces from frozen product blocks, while the fan suctions lighter particles. Correctly frozen vegetable pieces pass through the holes of the upper grille and continue to further processes such as IQF.
