Gizzard Harvester MG-150

The MG-150 Gizzard Harvester will harvest gizzards from a Nuova evisceration system with only the proventriculus attached or from a conventional evisceration system where gizzards come with both proventriculus and intestine pack attached.

The MG-150 peeling bed can be removed easily like a drawer for checking and overhaul. Rotating parts stop immediately if the machine’s cover is opened in the event of an overload. The drive is also fitted with a shear pin to prevent damage if a blockage occurs. A reverse switch allows the drive to run in the opposite direction to remove blockages. The MG-150 Gizzard Harvester is part of an automatic gizzard processing system.
