Front/Back Half Cutting Module

The product enters the Front/Back Half Cutting Module suspended by its legs from the ACM carrier. Breast and thigh guides position the product. Rotating blades then cut the front half of the product. At the same time a guide tilts the product some more to give a longer back piece.

If required, the module can be bypassed either by means of a by-pass guide or by lowering the module out of line.
