Greater flexibility

Automatic angle and slice thickness adjustment provide higher output, more usable slices and more uniform weight, improving yield and keeping waste to a minimum.

• Available in a multi-angle version, with a cutting angle range of 10°-68°
• Capacity of up to 250 slices per minute, or around 300 kg per hour
• Spacing between products is optimized by one of several software applications included
