Curio Skinner

The Curio Skinner is a compact, mechanical skinner built for precision, safe operation, and ease of use. The extra width on belts, rollers and knives makes it a flexible skinner capable of handling large fillets, or smaller fillets side by side. Changing to skin-on production is easily done, with a simple bypass by shifting the infeed belt over the knives.
