CarcassWash

The SULMAQ’s CarcassWash system performs automatic cleaning of cattle carcasses, removing blood and bone dust before entering into the cooling chambers, considerably reducing meat contamination or oxidation. 

The sprinkler nozzles used for washing have a mechanism that moves them, increasing the action of the water on the carcass. In addition, the nozzles have their operation synchronized with the air conveyor, preventing them from remaining activated if the conveyor is stationary.
