Information
Our vacuum filler features a unique fill principle, consisting of four filling phases: vacuum, fill, vacuum-fill and vent to atmosphere. During the vacuum-fill phase, vacuum is applied while filling continues. This “topping-off” phase ensures that any remaining air is effectively removed and replaced with liquid. The vacuum filler is ideally suited to fill low viscous products without particles or with small particles into a rigid, wide-mouth container that has previously been filled with a solid or granular product.
