Unloading Station

The Unloading Station releases all eviscerated whole products from the line, so they can enter the next process step. At the end of the eviscerating process the Unloading Station drops the products from the eviscerating line shackle on to a conveyor belt, into containers or into a water chiller.

180 degrees turn

The unloading ramp pushes the legs of the product up and out of the shackle, by which the product is unloaded. This mechanism prevents products from getting jammed or deformed. It is an easy, but very effective procedure, replacing any manual unloading.
The Unloading Station is suspended from the steel structure and fitted with a 180 degrees overhead turn of the overhead conveyor. The Unloading Station is driven by the overhead conveyor. It is made of corrosion-proof material, mainly stainless steel and plastic.

Wide range

The Unloading Station can include a by-pass feature. Then the products are guided past the machine via a by-pass guide and they will not be released. The Unloading station is available with different pitches and capacities, covering a wide range of products and sizes. These different types make the Unloading Station suitable for any situation which may be encountered.
