Lightweight and robust, the TREIF SIRIUS+ can be easily installed into bakeries, market stalls, food trucks and anywhere space is at a premium.

Able to slice all bread types from soft white to hard-crust, double-baked loaves, and glazed cakes quickly and accurately. The TREIF SIRIUS+ provides incredible slicing versatility to meet all your cutting needs.

Operators can choose to slice half loaves and adjust slice thickness with the turn of a dial. Crumbs can be swept through the slots of the cutting chamber into drawers, keeping the work environment clean and hygienic.
