At 220 cuts per minute, you will easily meet the busiest periods, while the second speed of 130 cuts per minute ensures you save energy when speed isn’t the priority.

Slice thickness, half, or whole loaf slicing, and cutting speed can be easily adjusted via the user-friendly touch panel. An gripper and holder guide loaves towards the circular NanoBlade with even pressure for premium results.

The blade provides accurate oil-free cutting, maximizing hygiene and service life. While the open design makes cleaning quick, easy, and efficient.
