Quiet, fast, and clean. The TREIF PRIMUS 500 has a large cutting chamber accommodating loaves up to 500 millimeters and versatile slicing options to meet all your bread-cutting needs.

Accurately cut all bread types from soft white to hard-crust double-baked loaves and glazed cakes. Operators can easily adjust slice thickness, number of slices, cut half loaves and change cutting speeds via the user-friendly touch panel.

Choose between two slicing speeds with the push of a button. Make 220 cuts per minute when high-speed capacity is needed, or when things are slower, switch to the ‘eco’ setting, which makes 130 cuts per minute and improves energy efficiency.

An automatic gripper and holder move bread towards the circular NanoBlade with consistent pressure for optimal oil-free slicing.

Numerous slots allow crumbs to fall into a collection drawer to keep the cutting chamber free from residue. The open design makes cleaning quick and straightforward, while a blade cover maximizes operator safety.
