TREIF PRIMUS 400

The TREIF PRIMUS 400 is a versatile bread-slicer that cuts any bread type from soft white to hard-crust double-baked loaves as well as cakes into even, clean slices.

A circular NanoBlade provides premium bread cutting at two speeds. At 220 cuts per minute, you will easily meet the busiest periods, while the second speed of 130 cuts per minute ensures you save energy when speed isn’t the priority.

The TREIF PRIMUS 400 is easy-to-use. Operators select slice thickness, number of slices and half or whole loaf slicing with the push of a button on the touch panel. Hygiene is optimized with separate slicing and mechanism sections and an open design for rapid and easy cleaning.
