The open-top derinding skinner Townsend SK 11-312 removes fat sheets at the same time as it removes skin, and can adapt to different fat depths and product angles from end to end. The flat blade attachment enables you to control thickness from side to side easily.

The machine is ergonomically designed to maximize operator efficiency and productivity. Downtime for cleaning is significantly reduced.
