Information

The Tail Puller removal system presents low risk of contamination and offers up to 360 cattle/hour capacity.

The system is composed of two equipment: the Cartesian Platform and the Tail Puller. The ergonomically designed platform prepares the carcass for the next stage, in which the operators are automatically moved between the carcasses, without them being in contact with the platform. Then, the already prepared carcasses have the leather from the back region removed by the Tail Puller, from bottom to top, reducing the risks of contamination and improving the quality and appearance of the carcass.
