We designed the Stein Ultra “V” Batter Mixers for small to medium sized production lines.  This simple, yet effective, mixer design offers versatility and convenience.  The Stein Ultra ”V” Batter Mixer simplifies the flexibility of batch mixing with the addition of semi-automated features, for a wide range of batters.  The Stein Ultra “V” mixer is available with optional touch screen controls to enable accurate, repeatable setting of water quantity and mix time, as well as batch management and monitoring of overall performance.
