The JBT Marel SpeedBatcher creates bulk batches at high speed, automatically weighing raw material into sub-weights, which are then selectively combined to form the optimum batch weight.

This capability enables the SpeedBatcher to outperform all conventional hopper systems in terms of both speed and accuracy. In addition, the unit is fully automatic from input to delivery.

Monitor and control batching

The JBT Marel Software solution for SpeedBatchers lets you monitor and control your batching operation in real time. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as giveaway and throughput. They give you a clear overview of actual production and highlight where improvements can be made or whether any corrective action needs to be taken to ensure production is running optimally. Remote program management allows you to control the SpeedBatcher settings directly from the office.
