This capability enables the SpeedBatcher to outperform all conventional hopper systems in terms of both speed and accuracy. In addition, the unit is fully automatic from input to delivery.

JBT Marel Software monitors and delivers real-time information from the SpeedBatcher during production. The software provides a complete overview of all aspects of the batching process and its results. At the same time, the graphical user interface allows the user to see and change both the program and products currently running on the batcher, as well as make reports on critical factors such as giveaway, throughput and efficiency.
