MSA800 Applicator

The MSA800 Applicator is a flexible, heavy-duty label applicator that enables food processors to automatically label large cartons, cardboard and polystyrene boxes and plastic euro crates before palletization.

It prints and applies labels that can feature a wide range of barcode formats, scalable fonts and simple graphics.

Combining JBT Marel's leading Innova software with a rugged and practical design, it incorporates a widely used third-party industrial printer to meet all common case label requirements.

Flexible enough to place anywhere

The MSA800 is a stand-alone applicator that’s flexible enough to place anywhere on a conveyor, so moving it to fit with changing requirements is no problem.

Powered by Innova

The MSA800 works in conjunction with Innova to offer a fully integrated end-to-end solution. Label layouts are created within Innova and sent to the MSA800 when an appropriate trigger signal is received by an external third-party product sensor, MultiHead Weigher or similar.
