Applications

The MAJA EVM range is designed for open-top membrane skinning of any type of fresh meat cuts. It's available in two cutting widths to offer the ideal skinning solution both for small and medium-sized processors and for industrial processors.

• Operator-friendly, ergonomic machine structure allowing highly efficient, accurate and power-saving operation and the best-possible skinning result
• The subframe allows use of standard EII/EIII skin boxes in different height positions.

• No adjustment handles on the machine’s side panels, so that it can be flexibly integrated in different work areas within the deboning plant
• Transport roller cleans continously with compressed air to keep the roller free from residual meat particles and membranes

• Easy and safe handling of the knife without knife holder removal for cleaning
• Easy, fast and tool-free knife changes using a quick-locking device

• Smooth surfaces, easy to clean, without screws in the food area
• Subframe without straight surfaces; with V-shaped drip edge
• Machine design without ground plate avoiding dirt accumulation at the base of the machine
• High standard of safety in accordance with current EU regulations EN 12355 for skinners
• Labeled with the GS seal of approval for safety, tested by the recognized German body BGN (German Accident Prevention & Insurance Association)

Two types of operator platforms:

• For adapting the machine to the height of the deboning line
• For adapting the working height to the operator’s body height so that each operator can find his personal ergonomic working position (three height positions available)
