Floor scales

JBT Marel’s Industrial Floor Scales can be fitted with various indicators based on application needs within both wet and dry processing environments. Choose between our Standard M1100, Advanced M2400 and Smart M6415 series to best fit your production. All versions have the same features as normal packing or system scales.

The floor scales operate as dual-range units, changing from low to high range in response to the load on the platform. The floor scale series of reliable, robust and hygienic scales is designed and constructed to suit a wide variety of weighing operations and environments.

PL6000 600kg for trolleys

• The PL6000 platform provides an easy way of weighing products in a trolley wagon. These low-profile scales take up very little space. The height is only 30mm making it easy to push even a heavy trolley onto the scales using a small access ramp.
• The scale is available with two ramps as a drive-through or with one ramp and an end-stop on the other side.
• The scale is very light with a handle on one side for easy lifting when cleaning.
   

PL7000 1500kg floor platform

• The PL7000 series of floor platforms can handle most weighing jobs in wet and dry production areas. The floor scales can be placed on the floor or installed in a pit
• Pit frames are available for the pit versions and ramps for the floor version 800mm or 1500mm long.
   

PU8000 2000kg U-platforms for euro-pallets

• The PU8000 series weighing platform is a high-capacity floor platform for weighing pallets or tubs
• Fully washable for efficient, easy cleaning
