JBT Marel Food Logistic Systems provides a fully programmable central logistics operating system. This JBT Marel PLC control is the basis of all local control of the entire intra-logistics system.

The JBT Marel PLC control enables you to control the process centrally, for example to swiftly and flexibly respond to sudden changes in an order. In addition, with the JBT Marel PLC, your company will have a system that quickly identifies and locates interruptions in the process, making them easy to solve.

The system consists of automated monitoring of the actual production process, using sensors and reading technology, in combination with the physical control technology to the conveyor belt, such as the actuators and pneumatic installations. All local applications and interfaces are controlled by the central controller.
 

LOCAL CONTROL

JBT Marel Food Logistic Systems provides local panels for the operation of the installation. The panel consists of an easy-view full-colour touch screen. All this runs on a sophisticated software and operating system. Important settings can be changed locally by the employee.

The real-time service messages allow the employee to respond immediately. With a glance at the panel, the employee has a full overview of the situation. This will allow him to respond adequately, without any delay or the need for the technical service. The panels are available in multiple languages.
