Inside/outside washer RW-16 RS

The Inside/outside washer is a rotating machine with sixteen units installed in the evisceration line. Each unit consists of a spray pipe, which enters the product and cleans it internally. A second spray pipe moves with the unit to clean the breast or back, depending on the type of infeed. The opposite back or breast is washed by a row of static sprayers.

The Inside/outside washer is also available in a High Water Volume flow (HV) execution. This execution has special sprayers for cleaning products internally and is equipped with a splash plate (shroud) to keep the cleaning water in the machine. An additional outside wash unit with covers finishes the washing program.
