I-Cut 122 TrimSort

I-Cut 122 combines high levels of accuracy, throughput and reliability with innovative software. This dual-lane portion cutter cuts boneless, non-frozen poultry products to fixed weight and/or uniform dimensions, while give-away is kept to an absolute minimum. I-Cut 122 allows you to create high volumes of virtually all portioned products supermarkets and QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants) ask for: crispy tenders, medallions, burgers, uniform fillets, strips, nuggets, cubes and more.

Increasing yield

The dual-lane I-Cut 122 offers one of the highest throughputs in the market and will match future requirements for filleting line capacities. It can operate at 2000 cuts per minute per lane. On each lane, the cutting angle can be adjusted. 

Numerous new cutting patterns and superior accuracy levels enable processors to maximize the use of raw materials, minimize give-away and increase yield. 

The advanced vision control technology on the I-Cut 122 combined with innovative portioning software results in accurate cutting and high-quality portioned product. 

TrimSort

I-Cut 122 with integrated TrimSort functionality is able to make two separate streams of cut products and the trim cut from them. This further reduces giveaway with no need for human intervention. TrimSort allows for the distribution of many combinations of high-value cut products, by accurately splitting the product flow at the highest speeds to the two integrated belts. The chosen program determines which cut parts stay on the upper conveyor and which parts land safely on the second internal conveyor. This lower outfeed belt will take these portions or trim to another process.

Intelligent batching

The I-Cut 122 is a value adding portion cutter, both as a stand-alone machine and in integration with other equipment, such as the RoboBatcher Flex, together creating the 'Robot with a knife' for intelligent batching with minimized giveaway.
