FRESHgrind 250

The FRESHgrind 250 is designed and constructed for continuous grinding of fresh products.

The robust machine housing is made in heavy duty AISI 304 stainless steel and designed without corners or edges in order to facilitate cleaning. Thus the grinder meets the strictest hygiene requirements. The screw and screw housing are made from stainless steel as well. The machine can be equipped with different knives and hole plates, the combination of which depends on the product. Apart from the connection of utilities, there is no external cabling

The inside of the machine is protected against water etc. by a specially made ventilation system which keeps the electrical, mechanical and pneumatic parts dry and clean. Software protects the grinder from overload.
The grinder is equipped with an interlocked safety cover above the grinding head and is further equipped with a safety trip wire on top.
