Filling chute

The filling chute is used to facilitate the packaging of whole broilers into plastic bags. It also speeds up the process, preventing hassle when trying to put a whole griller in a badly opened bag.

Funnel shape

The chute has a funnel-shaped charging part for introducing the contents (the whole griller) into the packaging. On the other side, the opening of the plastic bag has been pulled over the small exit of the funnel, ready to accept the contents. Now, the operator puts the product manually into the bag by sliding the product through the filling chute into the bag. Then the bag can be closed manually with a tape or clip (not included in the delivery).

The filling chute, made of non-corrosive materials (mainly stainless steel), can be mounted on a packaging table and is simple to operate. The processing range is broilers with 800 – 2500 gram grill weight.

In case an upstream Compact Grader or a SmartLine Grader is operational to grade different weight categories, the size of the broilers will not exceed the maximum volume of the bag.
