Information

The FBO opens the belly and then cuts the breastbone, ensuring an equal division of the two abdominal halves and breastbone halves of the pig, hanging on the conveyor.

Through a prior individual measurement and length determination, the tool is correctly positioned for the processing of the pig. The belly and breast opener enables further automation and in particular of the deboning process. The symmetric division of the belly halves results in a better performance of the carcass saw or splitter.

The opener works with a carbide blade without teeth, preventing smearing of the carcass by sawdust. The optimal shape of the barrier around the blade prevents damage to intestines and organs.

The machine is provided with a fully integrated cleaning cabin, in which the tool is cleaned prior to each cycle, to ensure an optimized hygienic process.
