Drumstick cutting modules

Various drumstick cutting modules are available for the separate handling of left and right legs.

The modules cut the anatomic leg or leg quarter into thigh and drumstick portions. They are adjustable for anatomic cutting, non-anatomic cutting and knee joint cutting.

The modules can also be used to separate the drumstick from the thighbone after thigh deboning.
