With the Hercules dehairing machine, the dehairing process takes place in two compartments. Four pigs are dehaired simultaneously during the dehairing cycle. The double direction of rotation guarantees a perfect dehairing result.

A continuous flow of water and a spiral conveyor ensure that hair and nails are automatically removed via a perforated collection channel, at the bottom of the machine.

The smooth stainless steel inside the machine and a continuous flow of water along the ceiling and sidewalls ensure minimal contamination, whilst at the same time also reduce bacterial growth to a minimum.
