Angle transfer conveyors make it possible to bridge a difference in belt width between two machines without damaging the product.

An advantage of the angle transfer is that differences can be bridged in both directions. 

Bridgable differences in mm are:

• 400 <---> 630
• 400 <---> 1,000
• 630 <---> 1,000

Angle transfers are mostly to be found after cooking or frying. For optimum flexibility transfers are adjustable for height between 800 and 1,000 mm.

Wire mesh conveyor

Wire mesh conveyors transfer products to and from each machine in the production line. Standard wire mesh belt widths in mm are:

• 400
• 630
• 1,000

Variety in length

Minimum length is 1,000 mm increasing in 500 mm sections to a maximum length of 6,000 mm. A frequency controller fitted as standard allows belt speeds to be set from 1 to 20 meter per minute.

Fine tuning

Two different leg lengths are available for the different wire mesh conveyors, 900 and 1,050 mm. Independent height adjustment in the leg allows further fine tuning of approximately 50 mm. Length is also adjustable to prevent conveyors snagging each other.
