Information

Together with a Goliath dehairing machine, the Turn-O-Matic compartment scalding system forms an ideal compact combination for the scalding and dehairing of up to 120 pigs or 60 sows per hour.

A curved tank bottom and closed spokes drum ensure minimal heat loss, while a separate compensation tank with steam injection and circulation pump ensures a constant scalding water level as well as a constant water temperature.

With the aid of a conveyor, the carcasses are automatically fed and disengaged in the scalding compartments. Depending on the system implementation, one or two pigs can be scalded per compartment.

  • Automatic input and output of carcasses
  • Suitable for pigs and sows
  • Water temperature is automatically maintained at the set temperature
