CompactFeeder 350B

JBT Marel's CompactFeeder - horizontal/vertical screw conveyor with 350 mm screw is especially suitable for transport of both fresh and frozen minced meat. The machine is equipped with wheels, which permits a flexible factory layout.

Optionally, the CompactFeeder can be equipped with a pneu­matic distribution chute system.

For safety reasons, the JBT Marel CompactFeeder is equipped with a "grill" safety cover over the horizontal screw. Doors, which can be opened, are mounted with safety switches.

Since the electric control unit is mounted on the machine, it is only a matter of plugging it in.

The robust machine housing is made in heavy duty AISI 304 stainless steel and designed without corners or edges in order to facilitate cleaning. Likewise, easy dismount of horizontal screw and quick opening of vertical screw makes cleaning easier. Thus the giraffe meets the strictest hygiene requirements.

The CompactFeeder can be a stand alone machine, or be part of an integrated processing line.
