C-III Counterflow Screw Chiller

The C-III Counterflow Screw Chiller is made up of three-meter sections and can be supplied in one or two bath executions.

Turkey giblets and chilling medium enter at opposite ends. Giblets are conveyed by screw into ever colder and cleaner ice water or flake ice water. Water in the system is agitated by introducing air, whose volume can be adjusted to give the level of water pick-up required.

The system can be fitted with an independently driven ejector. This ensures a constant stream of product from the system and makes the downstream process much easier.
