The ICECAT is designed for the rigorous demands of food and beverage processing. Its unique, simple design has no moving parts, enhancing ease of operation, reliability and reducing maintenance. Combined with a complete stainless steel construction, this ensures high hygiene standards and a long life of trouble free operation.
Available in models producing 30 to 100 tons of ice per day, it meets high-capacity needs for varied applications, including poultry, meat, seafood, and beverages. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it ensures durability and hygiene.
The ICECAT integrates seamlessly into existing processing lines, featuring a PLC-controlled, programmable interface for streamlined operation and enhanced energy efficiency. With its oversized water box, it minimizes mineral buildup, promoting efficient, continuous ice production suitable for freezing and refrigeration.
The oversized water box reduces mineral deposits and eliminates pumping problems. The ICECAT is typically designed for flooded ammonia and can be operated on a typical intermediate suction pressure. Each unit comes with a centrifugal sanitary water pump.
