BUFFERgrind 250

Self-feeding BUFFERgrind 250 is designed and constructed for continuous grinding of fresh products.

The machine consists of a hopper with a stirrer and screw. The stirrer ensures that the product is pressed down into the screw which subsequently presses the product through the knife house. The machine can be equipped with different knives and hole plates, the combination of which is dependent on the product.

The inside of the machine is protected against water etc. by a specially made ventilation system which keeps the electrical, mechanical and pneumatic parts dry and clean.
The grinder is equipped with interlocked take-away safety cover over the grinding head.

The grinder is available with bone elimination system. The grinder is equipped with safety trip wire.

The self-feeding grinder can be a stand alone machine or be part of an integrated processing line.
